University City Area- Homes, Townhomes and Condos in NE Charlotte
The University City area is in NE Charlotte at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, off Rt 49 at Harris Blvd.. roughly between Rt 49 and I-85, though some will extend the “University Area” west to Mallard Creek… then from Harris Blvd on out to around 485, on the way to Harrisburg and Concord, this is a very popular Charlotte location.
