Mooresville, at the top of Lake Norman, is known for its wonderful lake communities, terrific waterfront homes, high quality schools, and until recently a quietr, more easy going lifestyle. Mooresville, in low tax Iredell county- is off Interstate 77 at Exit 33 and 36, and new Exit 32 will connect a high-rise hotel, Lake Norman’s first high-rise overlooking the lake.
