Huntersville, North Carolina
Huntersville, NC is one of the most popular “move to Charlotte” suburbs in the north Charlotte area.
Farms just 20 years ago, the area has developed briskly along Exit 23 and Exit 25 off of Interstate 77. It has consistently been named to “Money Magazines Best Places to Live” since 2000 because of its good values, schools and lifestlyle. It’s proximity to Charlotte and Lake Norman had made it an ideal place for many families who work in Charlotte but want to play at the Lake.
Birkdale came to Exit 25 in the late 1990’s, and Birkdale Village (pictured on right) followed, home to the most upscale shopping north of Southpark. Novant Health Care- Presbyterian Hospital opened at Exit 23 in about 2004-05.
