Charlotte Real Estate| A Beverly Crest Beauty at $339,000
May 22nd, 2008 Categories: Buy A Charlotte Home, South Charlotte
The ultra-convenient South Charlotte community of Beverly Crest is prettier than ever,
the schools are undeniably excellent, it continues to impress. Beverly Crest is a collection of about 300 Saussy- Burbank homes divided into 4 distinct neighborhoods, built in the mid 1990’s around a large pond, with walking trails, a great pool, dog run, tennis, basketball and more. At the entrance on RT 51 is a well regarded day care center, just 5 minutes walk is Providence High School, a Newsweek Top 200 HS in America. Check out this link for in depth Beverly Crest post I wrote last year. Lets have a look at this new home for sale in Beverly Crest.
This house has 4 bedrooms, 2 and a half baths, all hardwoods on its 9′ tall first floor, great moldings, and was recently renovated adding granite counters, stainless appliances, all new paint inside and outside, new carpets, new fans, new fixtures. And it is appropriately priced at $339,000.
This house is NOT a distress/renovate and flip- but was well used and well loved by its former owners, having and raising 4 children before having to find a larger place! See more pics and full details on this Beverly Crest Home for Sale
And Beverly Crest sells too, with good appreciation even in this market. 12 homes have sold in 2008 so far, from 285K to 495K. I’ve reported on Beverly Crest and south Charlotte appreciation here, and here. A few more pictures
on a favorite cul de sac, you’ll find the homes well maintained, landscaping is lush, and drive around a bit, you will notice you are 3 minutes to the Arboretum and Harris Teeter, 5 minutes to Matthews, 7-8 minutes to 485, 10 minutes to Southpark, 10 minutes to Ballantyne, and 20 non-rush hour minutes to Uptown Charlotte.

Great neighborhood. This is a perfect stable place to raise kids. There are great amenities nearby, and the schools are excellent. We love Beverly Crest and only moved because our family got too big. We have great memories of hanging out at the pool with our kids and neighbors.
Thanks Adam… good update.
