I visit Charlotte’s top communities every week, Brookhaven is certainly on anyone’s list for great suburban living in Charlotte! This 500 +/- home community is right where suburban living meets country living, in close-in Weddington, just 10 minutes to downtown Matthews or 485. Amenities? Most folks find this level of features only at country clubs. There are photos below, but their community pool has large waterslides and the clubhouse has a party room, game room, theater room, and more. Plus tennis, on site playgrounds and walking trails. Children go to well regarded Union County Schools, with Antioch Elementary in walking distance.
