Huntersville Downtown Huntersville is located about 15 minutes north of Charlotte with easy access to I-77 and beautiful Lake Norman, the first community in what I call the Lower Lake area. With over 520 miles of shoreline Lake Norman is one of the largest man made lakes in the nation. Huntersville combines a small town feel with easy access to the bigger city (Charlotte).
