In addition to seeing strong sales in 2007, Rhein Medall Communities was named Developer of the Year by the Home Builders Association of Charlotte at their annual awards banquet held last March. Rhein Medall also won several other awards that night, including marketing manager of the year for Jenni Willis, who shepherds Rhein Medall’s marketing operations. This was the second year in a row that Rhein Medall was named the region’s Developer of the Year.
