Mooresville, at the top of Lake Norman, 28 miles from Uptown Charlotte, has been a popular “Move To” location for the New Yorkers and folks from all around the country for the last 10 years. Old Mooresville has been there for most of the last century, but development on the northern shores of Lake Norman, Correspond nicely to Exits 33 and 36 off I-77.
