How far away is Sun City from Charlotte?
Carolina Lakes is only 35-40 minutes to Uptown or the Charlotte Airport… just 10 minutes to Ballantyne, where you could find all the shopping necessities. Not bad at all.

I have contacted a couple of realtors with no success.
My wife and I have sold our home and are looking to purchase a home in Del Webb’s Carolina Lakes, SC. The builder has very few homes at present that interest us, thus we are looking for an agent who may have a listing of interest. IDEAL home: Willow Bend, daylight basement, trees in back.
Can visit in March. (Retired as of March 1)
