Trademark Condos in Uptown Charlotte,
a new high-rise condominium complex, offers a great mix of amenities and convenient Uptown living. Half a block away from the intersection of Trade
and Tryon it is hard to argue with Trademarks location. Trademark offers several different floor plans at different price points. Condos range from the 180’s to the 750’s; the main differences in the price points are bedrooms, bathrooms, square feet, floor level and parking spaces. Trademark has an impressive pool on the 7th floor with an outdoor grill area, a workout area, and a lounge area, overlooking Panther stadium and the future baseball park.. Although Trademark is classified as a high-rise at 28 floors it feels more like a mid-rise as it only 
has 202 units and a friendly, open design.

Great website Terry! Tell me..are there any areas of Charlotte where there is a vacation rental market? We may be interested in the area if there is. What is the winter climate like?
There is a growing rental market and resort like feel at Lake Norman. I’ve heard of several folks with waterfront condos who rent them weekly~ and a major new resort style hotel is opening in a year or so with a new exit from the interstate to the lake.
Winters are mild. We get snow every 3-4 years, each winter we get about 3 weeks of what a northerner considers cold- highs in the 30’s- 40’s, lows at night in the teens. The 3 weeks is split up over December, January and February… the first 3 years here I did not wear a winter coat. Moved from the NYC area. Thanks for stopping by, love to help you in Charlotte!

Hmmm… “an impressive pool on the 7th floor with an outdoor grill area” Hard to imagine for a small town girl! Sounds like uptown Charlotte has some amazing condos!
