I love the map you’ve included of Lake Norman- it really helps give us a better feel for the view lot in Denver, NC- looks like a great listing!
This Lake Norman lot is a great deal with the convenience of slips and boat launch. With the septic and well already addressed it makes it an easier buy!
Terry - on Lake Norman, are most folks who buy waterfront lots ready to build immediately, or do they hold it as a real estate investment? Here on Lake Martin, it seems that most buyers want to build ASAP.
