Homes-For Sale Now- Inventory- RTC stands for Ready To Customize, meaning they are underway, with choices still available, depending on their level of completion
- Falls Cove - North Lake Norman- has 22 homes in the $500s, 1 home in the $600s and 1 home in the $700s. All 24 homes are Ready To Customize (RTC).
- The Farms - Off Brawley School Road- has 9 homes in the $500s, 20 in the $600s and 8 in the $700s. Of the 37 homes, 22 are complete and 15 are RTC.
- The Peninsula has 1 RTC home for more than $3 million. Premier lower lake location in Cornelius
- The Point has 1 home in the $600s, 13 from the $700s to $900s, 12 in the $1-million range and 2 for more than $2 million. Of the 28 homes, 14 are complete and 14 are RTC. Quite possibly the best water and golf community in the area
- SailView has 6 homes in the $500s, 3 in the $600s and 1 in the $1-million range. Of the 10 homes, 6 are complete and 4 are RTC.
The Sanctuary- 15 minutes from the Airport, 20-25 minutes to Uptown, has 8 homes in the $1-million range and 5 in the $2-million range. Of the 13 homes, 5 are complete and 8 are RTC.
Springfield, in nearby Fort Mill SC, has
10 homes for sale in the $600s and $700s,
15 Homes For Sale in the $800s
5 Homes for sale in the $900s
10 homes for sale for more than $1 million. Of the 40 homes, 14 are complete and 26 are RTC.

I didn’t realize how much luxury waterfront new construction was available - No wonder Floridians love the Charlotte area - we live in a completely built out county in Clearwater Florida - I envy you and the views are amazing. - Cyndee Haydon
Terry - looking around Lake Norman and Lake Wylie real estate markets, are all of those homes and lots mentioned on the water? Or are there any communities that share common lake waterfront and amenities like a pool, clubhouse, and dock? At Lake Martin, we have only a few neighborhoods that share waterfront, but we are seeing an increasing trend.
