Waterfront Homes on Lake Norman, 30 minutes from Charlotte
20 miles north of Charlotte, sits Lake Norman, the largest fresh water lake in North Carolina. Luxury homes abound! I’ll review the premiere communities at the Point and the Peninsula, the two premier golf and marina country clubs on Lake Norman in the near future. Remember, these are Lake Norman, on the Water, and on the Market. Not all have docks, or are able to have docks. Always check.The median sale price over the last year was just over $1Million US.

Love the pictures of the luxury homes in the Lake Norman area! It sounds like an ideal neighborhood near Charlotte for a buyer who wants a home on the water.

Charlotte NC | Lake Norman teardowns are a great investment! These McMansions have such great locations especially on lakes and when you remodel or demolish and build a “monster home” you can get a really nice return on investment.
