If only more people would heed it. Many people think that the best agent they can get is the one that is available whenever they have time, and I've had many people go to a different agent because they call the day they come into town and I'm already with clients. If I know any buyers headed for Charlotte, I'll let them know you are my buyers agent of choice in the Charlotte real estate market.
